Legal adviser Tomasz Lauzer specializes in civil and commercial law, as well as rules of procedure. He started his professional career with providing law services for Austrian insurance company Marketingberatung International, where he took part in preparing draft contracts falling within the domain of insurance law. In 1997 he took the office of legal adviser in Misdemeanor Court in Provincial Court in Przeworsk. Simultaneously he had started a legal training in District Court in Przemyśl and finished it in 1999 passing judge's examination.

At present he advises in the scope of civil law and running investments for Polish and international investors. He counsels the transactors that operate in fuel industry, furniture industry, heating installation. He runs many cases regarding court actions, enforcement proceedings and reorganization proceedings. He works at organizational structure of mentioned transactors as well. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Rzeszów branch.

Marcin Lis in 2002 graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Rzeszów and continued legal education at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy, at the University of Wroclaw, where in 2003 he completed Postgraduate Tax course. In 2006-2009 he performed legal apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Rzeszów. In 2009 he passed the exam for a trainee and was registered as a legal advisor. He is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Rzeszów. He has been cooperating with the law firm since 2007. He has extensive experience in providing legal services for businesses and public entities. He specializes in tax litigation and tax planning issues relating to. He is the author of publications on tax law.

Anna Kuźniar - a trainee lawyer of the third year in the Chamber of Advocates in Rzeszów. A graduate of Law studies undertaken in the years 2007-2012 at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów, completed with very good results. She gained work experience during the trainings as well as internship in the European project "Competence of Rzeszów University as the key to success in the labour market". She has been cooperating with the Law Office of Tomasz Lauzer since 2011. Simultaneously, since 2011 she has been working with the Consumer Federation Branch in Rzeszów performing the tasks assigned by local authorities in the field of consumer protection, providing legal assistance within the issues of unfair market practices, subscriber services, development agreements, insurance and banking. Legal aid aimed at raising awareness of the legal persons involved in the consumer trade is also provided by her in the framework of voluntary activity performed as a member of the public benefit organizations.
