Settlements

Law Firm allows the following way of settlement:

• Settlement based on a flat fee:
  paid monthly, charged for the provision of comprehensive legal services, usually chosen by companies,
• Settlement based on an hourly rate:
  independent of the value of the subject matter, such remuneration is calculated based on the time required per unit of tasks in hours or minutes,
• Settlement at the rate provided for in the Ordinance of the Minister of Justice
  of 28 September 2002 on fees for activities of legal advisers and by the State Treasury to bear the costs of legal assistance provided by a solicitor established by a court (Gov. Journal No. 163, sec. 1349).

To offer the best service and legal assistance, there have been laid down simple and clear rules of cooperation.

• The Law Firm, depending on your choice, will provide comprehensive legal services or fulfil individual orders of your company in the field of current affairs.
• The Law Firm can manage the affairs of your company in legal proceedings in each case under a separate written agreement containing a detailed order specifying the subject matter and principles for the remuneration of the Law Firm.
• All issues related to your company will be taken care of immediately and prioritized. You can determine the maximum hourly limit during which there are to be performed typical operations for the benefit of your company.
• Upon the request of the Ordering Party, before referring the matter to court, I shall prepare a legal opinion on the subject matter.
